Helen’s Veggie Ground “Meat” Loaf

Mix in bowl:
1 package (12 oz.) Helen’s Kitchen 
Veggie Ground
¼ cup rice 
1/8 cup uncooked quinoa 


Sauté in skillet:
1/8 cup oil 
1 cup chopped mushrooms
½ cup chopped onions
¼ cup chopped bell peppers
1/8 tsp. sage 
1 tsp. yeast flakes
sprinkle of tamari sauce

Sauté mixture until it is dry. Add the sautéed ingredients to the bowl of veggie ground and mix together well.* Place in a baking dish and bake at 350° F for 8 minutes. Then turn down the heat to 320° F and continue to bake another 20 minutes until the loaf dries out a little. Enjoy!

*You can increase the volume of the loaf by adding additional rice, quinoa, mushrooms, and peppers.
